BUT! We are now here, so let's talk about a topic that has been eating away at our capacity over the last month: burnout.

So, besides social media, which I do not frequently do yet, I have a typical 9-5 job and a relationship, friends, and a love for going to the gym and let’s not start talking about all the housekeeping work… all this together and the realisation that my job is not fulfilling me in any ways I am looking for led to a burnout.

Having burnout is definitely nothing I would recommend. In my situation, I was crying a lot, getting emotional about the smallest things and could not focus at all. I am still getting sick quickly, and I am always freezing.

I don’t have a work-life balance, although I work 8 hours per day. How comes?

Because my work drains so much energy, I can only lie in bed and sleep 10 hours at home to regenerate. I am missing the enjoyment at work altogether. This is nothing sustainable.

How do I plan to change that?

Unfortunately, this is a very difficult question. The easiest way would be just to quit and look for something else, but I don’t think at the moment, that that would solve the problem. I don’t want to work 8 hours per day. for me, after 6 hours, I am mentally done. Working more than that drains me, so my goal should be to find a job that only requires 6 hours per day. It’s no surprise, that 6 hours per day are not standard yet. Therefore, I plan to reduce my hours at my current work. If I can not do it, I would quit and with my savings, go all-in in the YouTube / social media game.

I will take the upcoming March to reflect on this matter and will give you a short summary of my final decision.

Until then, stay tuned and Sayonara!

Alandra xx

A new year with great resolutions!

My mistakes 2023 and my goals for 2024

Alandra Wolf

Konichiwa minnasan! Happy new year!

It has been a while since I wrote here last time.

2023 was, for me, a year of changes. New friendships, new desires, a new YouTube Channel. And although I decided to stick to YT, I did not prioritize it at all as so much other stuff was happening.

Therefore, it is not surprising if I summarize 2023 as quiet regarding my Channel and social media itself. I was posting something, but not regularly, and definitely did not stick to it long enough. Nevertheless, I learned a lot during this time, and if I look back on the published content, I am proud of myself for seeing the improvement with every post and video.

I was reflecting yesterday over my 2023 and figured this out:

- YT is still something important to me. I really want to do it, and the idea of working hard on it still sticks in my mind

- on the other hand, I did not prioritize it, as it would mean sacrificing activities I was committed already

Noticed something? I did not say, activities that I ‘enjoy’. That’s because, after reflecting on my weekly activities, I realized that there are commitments that are currently not aligned with my goals, wishes, and self.

So, I decided to throw my old weekly calendar out and make a new one.

This new calendar has dedicated time for YT, learning, or other productivity stuff that I would like to accomplish, my daily dose of gym exercises, and time for my friends alongside my day job.

Today is the first day that I accurately trying to stick to this new plan. It is more challenging than you may think at first. I shifted my entire free time from the evening to the morning. This means that I now wake up at 5 a.m. instead of 7 and go to bed around 8 to be asleep at 9.

My initial thought for this change was that after work, I would not be in a physical and mental situation where I could work on something I desire, but more lay on the couch and binge-watch YT or Netflix just to stay awake. If my day changes, 2024 will be a huge success for me already!

A disadvantage of this new day frame is that people normally do not have this time schedule. I am curious to see how the evening events of others will be influenced by my early sleeping time.

Content-wise, I decided that this weekly newsletter is more time-consuming than I initially thought. For the time being, I am going to reduce the friction of coming up with new topics and finding time to write by simply saying that I will post once a month.

The newsletter shall not be a priority right now, but that way, I can still share my thoughts with you.

I'm super excited about the upcoming videos in the next weeks on my channel! Yes, there is something in the pipeline, and I just need to stick to my YT working times to finalize it!

Until then, Sayonara!

Alandra xx

Share

Thanks for reading The Journey of a Part-Time Travel Influencer! I talk about my Background, challenges, goals, motivation, and the overall strategy I came up with.

In this blog post, I would like to elaborate on some of these topics:

(1) My Motivation

In the first instance, it seems like I have mentioned only selfish reasons, and that is right. Money, publicity, a sort of portfolio for the future. These are all things that may only benefit me at first glance. However, this is not so true. If we think about it. Everything I share online is open source to everyone. That means everyone can profit from my experiences to avoid mistakes or to improve their own doing. In terms of traveling, that means avoiding overcrowded and overrated places and aiming for more hidden gems. It could also mean spending your own money in a different way and being able to travel on a tighter budget.

(2) MY Challenges

The mentioned challenges are nothing new. Every YouTuber struggled at some point with perfectionism, the fear of irrelevance, and time management. Therefore, it was for me even more important to state these out. Yes, these challenges are obvious to everyone, making them invisible to the community. If everyone faces it, nobody will talk about it anymore, as it becomes common sense to deal with it. The challenges are a good reminder for myself that I have to put in mental resources when facing a tuff time, and sharing it openly keeps these challenges visible for you as well.

(3) The Strategy

Well, some will say that my mentioned upload plan might not be enough. Over may say it will be too much. Nonetheless, here it is:

1 video per 2 weeks

2 Insta post per week

1 blog post a week

And a recap after 2,5 months and after 5 months

Super excited to see if I can manage to stick to this plan with my 9-5 job and quite busy life.

Are you currently doing a challenge? What is it about? Feel free to write a comment to this blog to share your thoughts and own experiences.

Until next week, Sayonara!

Alandra xx

Subscribe now

Share

The monetarization journey beginns!

How I managed to get back on track with YouTube once more

Alandra Wolf

Konichiwa minasan!

This is the first time I am working on social media while traveling on the train. Already convinced that I need noise-canceling headphones 😅

This week is kind of special for me because I managed to script and film my first long-form video in a while. The goal for today was to finish editing, but unfortunately, the A-Cut took WAY longer than expected, and I did not manage to start the B-Cut. However, I am super proud of myself for actually finding the time and energy to make it this far! I still have tomorrow before I want to publish the video, so theoretically, I can do two-night shifts before that. (I probably won’t do it, tho)

For me, it is kind of relieving that I could integrate the filming and scripting process into my week. That gives me the confidence that It might be possible to grow the YT channel while maintaining most of my current lifestyle. I still fear the working load of editing, as I could not finish it in time (yet!), but I guess I just need more time and try-and-error situations before this fear is defeated.

In this context, I would like to share my current motivation boost:

I am following a monetarization challenge from Apryilnne Alter (https://www.youtube.com/@AprilynneAlter). Her determination to actually achieve this goal within 30 days is remarkable! I cathed up with her momentum and decided to follow the burn before it vanished once more. However, I am limited in time and resources, which might actually be a good thing! By accepting my limitations and looking for workarounds, I have to schedule the motivation and energy flow beforehand. This way, I can build a habit of working on social media in general (or at least train my discipline in this regard).

I will share my first video and some thoughts in the next blog post. But For now, I am happy to chill out with some friends and be proud of myself for being back on the YouTube track.

Until next week, Sayonara!

Alandra xx

Share

Subscribe now

My new strategy to build a creator habit

Accountability might be the key!

Alandra Wolf

Konichiwa minasan!

Yesterday I had an inspiring meeting with some participants of the live Cohort 8 of Ali Abdaals PTYA Course. I was happily surprised that I was not the only one not making videos currently.

My struggle is that no matter how much effort I put in, nobody cares about it. I guess that is normal at that stage. However, to speak with people who struggle with other topics that, for me, do not seem that challenging is super inspiring. Everyone is fighting their own fight, and together, we may succeed in every battle on our way!

These meetings shall be once every other weekend, and yesterday was the first one. I got to declare that I plan to make a video until the next meeting, so now I have two weeks to accomplish that!

Additionally, I am currently following the 90-day challenge to monetarization by Aprilynne Alter. She makes three videos a week at the moment and has to reduce her perfection to keep the speed. To see that these videos perform so well and are more filled with personality is inspiring and motivating at the same time! With my 9-5, I am definitely not able to do this type of challenge on my own. However, I could start something similar by saying, “until the end of the year”. That would be in 5 months. It should be possible but crazy at the same time!

I would need to upload regularly, best every week but definitely every other week.

Outside of the YT bubble, I decided to do two co-working hours per week with one of my closest friends. We both struggle to progress in our goals, so it was a logical method to keep some sort of work momentum. We worked once together already, and I had the first work-follow moment since PTYA ended.

Will this work? I don’t know!

Nonetheless, I get the feeling that my motivation keeps coming back. Building these systems is crucial for me because I have to learn first how to get my discipline for content creation. Yes, I have to rely on motivation and on external pressure at the moment. My goal is to change that and to convince myself that content creation and sharing online is fun and, therefore, I will make it out of habit rather than motivation driven.

In some way, I am building this mentality for Instagram. I like to share my travel pictures there, just as if it was a journal for everyone to see. I don’t understand why my brain does not connect the same way with video content, but I assume it has to do with the amount of work I have to put into it.

My takeaway is: in 2 weeks will be a new video uploaded on my YT channel. I will share it here as well because it is a milestone for me.

Thank you, that you are still sticking with me! I will give a status update next Sunday.

Until then:

Sayonara!

Alandra xx

Share

Subscribe now

My struggle with the awareness of being irrelevant

How I want to overcome my paralysis to create content

Alandra Wolf

How I want to overcome my paralysis to create content

Konichiwa minasan!

Since I started posting on social media, I have had to face one particular challenge that I still did not overcome: the lack of motivation to post because I am aware that nobody cares.

Based on the tips online, this seems to be counterintuitive. Everyone is saying that you have the spotlight effect, and you have to create the awareness that nobody cares to finally start, right?

Well, I have the opposite! And this is also very normal. If nobody cares about your work, why are you working? If I would do it only for myself, I would not publish content on the internet but keep it for myself. I would not put hours of work into researching scripting, and editing, just to share it with close friends.

So, to overcome this issue, I am currently trying out different concepts and methods to decrease this feeling of “irrelevantness”.
I don’t want to go deeper into the methods at this point, as I want to keep the momentum.

For explanation: If you enforce yourself for something positive (mindset, goal, exercise, you name it), don’t talk about it because you will lose the stacked energy inside you. And if you tell someone about it, remember you will lose some of this energy. HealthyGamerGG explains this concept HERE (great psychology channel, check it out!).

My takeaway from his advice is to find a mantra or a core belief that I repeat to myself regularly, ideally daily, and not share it with anyone and see if it helps. There are also different concepts on this journey, but this particular one is the most extraordinary from what I came across on the internet.

Do you struggle with this kind of fear as well? Overall, I am fine now, but as a beginning entrepreneur, my priority was not to deliver content but to enjoy and recover. I even caught myself thinking: “I don’t need to produce content. Why am I doing it anyways? I don’t even enjoy the process (scripting and editing mainly)”.

However, I used the beautiful adventure to Japan to receive new inspiration and made many snippets that I want to use for YouTube and Instagram content! So, something deep inside me really wants to go this path and enjoys a new perspective on the world, looking for something to share. The next weeks and months might be the busiest of my life, thanks to the number of clips on my phone! My hope is to find a niche where I belong, and that works for me. Although I wanted to go for fitness first, the toxic environment scared me off. Therefore, I will now dive deeper into the travel niche and try a wholesome mix of beautiful places, travel education, and the vibe of a normal 9-5er. The “you can do it too, become a nomad” vibe is toxic, so let’s avoid it if we can.

This post is a reminder for me… a reminder of why I started social media and why I should stick to the baby steps I already did! I made some videos on my YouTube channel, and one got even over 70 views! For me, this is mind-blowing! People loved my pictures on Instagram, which made me really happy. I could not only share them with friends but also with strangers that may visit those places I would never have heard of. Keeping this in mind encourages me to do more!

I aim to find a routine to enjoy the scripting and editing part of being a social media creator. So that is my biggest goal for the next months.

If you want to follow this journey with me, check out my YouTube Channel and Instagram account linked below. Curious as I am, I tried out multiple journaling methods, fancy looks of the pages, etc. I used different calendar views, wrote down the 3 highlights of the day, and did morning journaling.

In the end, I quit after a week or so. This writing down your thoughts and ideas seemed not meant for me… It was boring, tiring, and embarrassing because I could not motivate myself to keep it going or to write down at least SOMETHING that did not repeat itself every day.

One day I was randomly talking to myself, as it helps me sort my thoughts when I thought… “Wait a minute! That’s exactly what journaling is, but not written drown!” Since then, I have been using the speech-to-text function of my phone while implementing my daily talking to myself. That was the moment journaling began to make fun and enjoyable.

Now I am on a one-month streak (eventually skipped one day somewhen) and generously believe that this daily recapping of what happened and what was good in a spoken way improved my mental health. Since I started, I have felt mentally lighter and more positive. I even notice more positive things throughout the day, or when something bad happens, I am more relaxed and find the positive spark in it, as the lesson “to not do it again”.

So if you struggle with journaling as well, as I did, try out using the text-to-speech option of your phone! The transcript is not perfect, and you may have to edit it later, but for now, if you want to be brain dumb, that’s the best way I could find!

Feel free to share what keeps you journaling or why you did not start it!

Best,

Alandra xx

Abonnieren jetzt

Share

Relying in Motivation does not always work out

The reason why I skipped one week of posting

Alandra Wolf

Konichiwa minasan!

Before starting this week's post, I have to apologize for not writing last week. I could not motivate myself to do so, although these posts are not time-consuming at all...

With that said, we are already on the topic - motivation!

For those who don’t know yet, a part of my full-time job is creating videos from scratch. That means writing, filming, editing, and publishing.

Last week was a week where I heavily worked on one of these projects. They drain a lot of creative energy already at work, and, to be honest; I am a person who wants to do a different thing at home than at work.

This situation resulted in me not working on my YouTube or other social media channels. I was chilling and playing video games to get some sort of relaxation. That saddens me because there will be more situations like this.

A possible way to solve this is to skip everything related to the Youtube channel within the week and work on it only on the weekends or incorporate batch filming and batch editing for my channel in weeks when I don’t work on creative projects at work.

Both solutions are imperfect and do not sympathize with my current lifestyle, but building a YouTube channel means sacrificing free time and leaning into the hustle mentality.

I look positive at this situation because I discovered a potential threat to my channel before it could affect it in the long run. Skipping one upload week is fine right now, but ignoring that it happened is terrible!

The following two months will be tough for me as there are a lot of creative projects at work waiting for me, but I am optimistic that after that time, I will be able to produce new content that I can be proud of!”

The takeaway is that no matter how low the motivation might be, just starting the thing can solve the issue in most cases. And if not, there is always a tomorrow. But the goal remains the same - finishing the set tasks. Ignoring or endlessly delaying does not solve anything. Sometimes the best motivation arises in the middle of an unwanted chore.

With these lines, remember your goal, and work on it daily, even if you can only bear 5 minutes. That is already better than the person who does nothing at all.

See you next week, Sayonara!

Alandra xx

Abonnieren jetzt

The beginning of a community feeling

How a cancelation improved the community feeling for those who really wanted it!

Alandra Wolf

Konichiwa minasan!

The second PTYA week is over; honestly, I attended none of the events. The original plan was to attend the happy hour on Friday. This event was rescheduled to Thursday, but it actually never happened. The Team seems to have some trouble with a new link to the session. Although this may occur, it is kind of disappointing that there was no rescheduled event after paying 1.5K USD or more.

However, these circumstances led a small group of people on the discord server to organize their own

happy hour. The talk went 1.5 hours, and I am positive that this talk was more productive for all the attendants than the happy hour would be. Out of this meeting, we made a small group chat to keep the talks going and to have this accountability in a smaller size.

Additionally, I joined a WhatsApp group with people struggling to make videos. I believe this group is a good addition to the discord group because we discuss more fundamental things like getting motivated and stopping overthinking here.

I think it is funny that the cancelation of the happy hour led to this much community growth with people who are really into it and don’t just attend out of peer pressure.

This week, I plan to attend the Talk with Elizabeth Fillips on Thursday. I can say for myself that I admire her the most out of all the PTYA core members. Therefore, I am very excited to listen to her and her thoughts. The Topic of the talk will be “YouTube Strategy”. That is a vast topic, so I am intrigued about which part she will focus on.

The video of this week is from a batch recorded two weeks ago. However, I am proud of myself that I could finish editing last Saturday and published it. For this week, I have to focus on finding new ideas to keep getting feedback from the PTYA staff. Right now, I am not sure if I can maintain uploading each week, although I should focus on that and keep it going.

Until next week - Sayonara!

Alandra xx

Share

The first PTYA week is over!

I could have gotten more out if it...

Alandra Wolf

Konichiwa minasam!

Last week was the first week of the Part-time YouTube Academy!

The general topic was "Find your niche". Unfortunately, as I suspected, the Keynote with Ali on Monday was the same as the pre-recorded live session from the last cohort on this topic. Therefore, I decided not to join those Keynotes anymore. I had to skip the other sessions as life got in my way. However,m I made my first "improved" video with some tips. I also did a small batch on the filming day and finished filming for the next week. I am super happy about this fact, as on the weekend, we celebrate Eastern. In Germany, Friday, Sunday, and Monday are national holidays. Additionally, I decided to visit my family, which means I can only work on my videos if I can find the time.

The video:

I can also say what I want to improve for the next filming session: the sound quality is terrible, due to the wall next to my filming set. I ordered a lavier microphone to fix that. I also noticed that my video footage is blurry. It could be caused by my external lens on the phone. I use an external lens, as my camera software, "openCamera," does not support wide-lense mode. I want to try the professional mode from the standard phone app to see if it's sufficient for my needs or if I have to make a workaround with the software. With the new mic, my main argument for improving audio quality by getting closer to the camera will not matter anymore.

The general community is relatively quiet at the moment. I thought joining a group discord with over 300 other people with the same goal would explode from questions ad group conversations,- but no... It disappoints me, as the community was the main reason I joined the PTYA instead of binge-watching all the videos scattered on YouTube.

My goal next week is to make a video and a related short from the footage and try to get to know new people! I already wrote to some, but there are not replying, and I don't run after people I literally know from 1 sentence.... On Thursday is a rescheduled happy hour, and I plan to attend it. That sounds like an opportunity!

I am super curious about what is going to happen! I will keep you updated.

Sayonara!

Alandra xx

Share

Thanks for reading The Journey of a Part-Time Fitness Influencer! But before that, there was something I realized this week.

“People feel lonelier than ever before.” If you agree with this statement, you might feel the same way. Thanks to social media and smartphones, we are more connected than ever. However, we seem to feel lonelier. How come that?

Well, my thoughts are that people communicate online and think they do their social responsibility. Conversely, the person receiving the message might want to meet up, but because he got a response, the social need seems less, although it is not satisfied. We, as humans, are social beings and need other humans to develop and grow healthy. Just texting is not enough.

If you talk on the phone, this loneliness gets less. Hearing another voice is more natural than reading a text block. We can listen to emotions, thoughts, and the familiar voice of a close one.

But why am I writing this?

Sometimes, you need a friend, or a friend needs you. I encountered this situation the previous week, and to my surprise, nobody had time to talk. Friends who needed help did not call but kept it for themselves, and if I asked someone to chat, they all had appointments more important to them.

Yes, we all have a life, responsibilities, and desires, but we all focus more on ourselves than before the pandemic. You hear the need from someone and ignore it by writing. Is someone asking later how you are and if you still need help? – probably not. On the other hand, people stop sharing their needs with others not to bother them and feel left alone because if they say something, they get rejected.

So if you encounter this type of situation, you may reach out to your friends later, even if you had to reject them in the first place. And ask for help and communicate clearly that you need it if you need it. We cannot assume to always be in the first place for others. This is not how the world works, but we can learn to be a community again and stop caring only for ourselves.

Sometimes it is enough to tell a friend they can lean on you if they need a friend and that you will be there as well as possible. For some people, these words are enough to realize that they actually were repressing feelings and thoughts for too long.

Communicate clearly to friends, family, and at work to build the surrounding you need to feel comfortable and respected. We all deserve to be heard, but we are also responsible for listening to others to maintain this concept.

With these quite philosophic words, I look forward to the upcoming week. Communication will be a massive part of the Part-Time YouTube Academy Course. I am excited to build a community around this hobby/business thing.

See you next week!

Alandra xx

Share

Thumbnail and title make 80%!

The reason why small channels stay undiscovered.

Alandra Wolf

Hello everyone!

This week I learned from the PTYA about the importance of thumbnails and titles. I reminded myself how important communication is, but more on this later.

I finished all the videos from week 2 of the PTYA course that are available now. As Ali said in one of these, "I wished I knew earlier how important thumbnails and titles are!". Youtube is a strongly visual platform. This means that we, as the customer look mainly at the thumbnail and maybe at the title and decide within seconds if we want to watch a video. I also read the title if the thumbnail is intriguing. So if the thumbnail of the world's best video is plain, boring, or just not pleasing for the viewer, he will not click on it and miss the great content. At first glance, this sounds very frustrating, at least for me. I am not good at editing images and don't have the software tools to do so. Ali's video on this was very theoretical and kind of overwhelming, as it was a lot of new information but not much "how to do it.". However, the advanced Workshop on this topic with Elizabeth was the perfect addition! She showed how she makes her thumbnails, where she struggles and avoids these struggles and her cheat tricks around this topic.

So what makes a good thumbnail and title?

Well, the thumbnail should "pop". This means that the colors are more saturated than usual, or for the vibe of the channel and video. There should be text if the image cannot stand alone for itself, and if there is a person or a relevant item, it should stand out from the background.

The title should be intriguing. It should say what the viewer will get in the first 5 seconds of the video but not describe it. A good idea is to ask yourself, "Why would someone look for this particular topic?

Also, a good thing to have is to have a short positive or negative phrase on the thumbnail and, in the title, the exact opposite vibe with the same message.

As a total beginner, all of this was a punch in the face. Yes, I knew that titles and thumbnails are essential, but to hear that they can make up to 90% of your views or click-through rate was devastating. This is definitely a topic to put more energy into it if growth is the goal.

Two weeks are left until the PTYA Course officially kicks off, and still, a lot of content is to left to prepare. Until now, I am happy with the content and believe the money was worth investing in. My goal is to provide a video with 100 views until June. If I hit that goal, this course was worth it all! 100 views may not sound much, but for a beginner with 0 subscribers, that is a huge deal. Of course, there is a lot of luck to this too, but this course promises to direct the luck factor in ower favor.

Another big thing this week was the topic of communication. This topic relates more to my private life, but sometimes everyone needs to hear it again. If you struggle with something, please talk to the person it concerns or with your friends or family if the person is unavailable!

No matter if work and relationships, life are never perfect. We are social beings needing to talk our minds out (that is why blogs work). Please don't try to solve everything on your own. Some problems are not meant to be solved just by yourself.

So a reminder to all of us: Communicate your needs and listen to the needs of others! YOu are not a bad person by doing so. It is the opposite!

With these positive and philosophical words, let's end this post.

See you next week!

Alandra xx

My channel: https://www.youtube.com/@alandrawolf8661

Abonnieren jetzt

IS PTYA repetitive regarding live vs. pre-recorded?

My first impressions on the supplementary content

Alandra Wolf

Hello there!

Another week is over, and what a week!

So many things happened during the last seven days—good and bad ones. I already knew that PTYA would change my life, but accidentally this change came earlier than expected!

On Wednesday was a welcome session with Alison and Bhav from the PTYA team to get everyone on board. They talked about how the platform works and what to do if there are questions or problems.

Apparently, over 800 students are enrolled for this very last Cohort! That is amazing, indeed! Some students feared that there would not be enough coaches to give proper feedback to everyone. Still, the PTYA team seemed aware of it and recruited new people.

They also talked about the happy hours on Friday, where people can connect in small groups to help push each other throughout the course. In the end, I was already one of these sessions and learned three new people. That is a huge deal for me, as I am pretty introverted. Simultaneously a fitness group on discord arose, which I joined too.

This week's study topics were beginner editing with Davinci Resolve through YouTube and the pre-recorded sessions about the topic "How to find your niche".

Still struggling with Davinci as it is such a powerful editing software, but I learned the shortcuts for cutting (ctrl + B) and deleting (ctrl + x). Already saved half of my regular editing time :D

Besides that, I tried out the color grading features of the software, and oh my! This is overwhelming! Three main regulators are interesting for beginners, which I focused on, and even that was a bit too much for me. I could not do it for all my clips in the latest video. The saved time on cutting went into color grading… well at least I can say I am improving!

My second topic was niching, and well… here I got a bit suspicious. In the recorded video from Ali from cohort 7, Ali was all about getting to know your competitors, analysing the world out of them, making business plans etc.!

And the advanced course on that topic (with Elizabeth) was in some parts the complete opposite!

I understand that this is different people with different points of view regarding this topic. Still, I would have found it more helpful if there were a guide comparing the approaches written down somewhere or at least a statement in the workshop that the approach might be different. I thought the advanced workshop would be a more in-depth addition to the live video from Ali – not really in my opinion!

However, I have to say both recordings were fascinating and eye-opening in their own way.

I am curious if my approach to watching all the stuff now will bring me into the situation; nothing new will happen in April… I would be disappointed if yes, but on the other hand, I would have more time for writing the blog or making my YouTube videos.

Only 2 weeks left before the PTYA starts with their first onboarding sessions! I am very hyped, and there is still a lot to do until then!

The most important part right now is to get the channel to a presentable state. Yes, I still don't have a profile picture or Banner. I am procrastinating it quite a lot, as well as getting started earlier on video production and editing. I just finished my video for the next two weeks today, which is kind of sad because it's 9pm European time.

What are my goals for the next week?

Definitely going deeper into the topic "Find your niche" as there are some worksheets and analyses to be made (at least my person-related ones). Additionally, peeking in the topic "Generate endless ideas & get viewers to click". Let's see how it goes!

I also want to learn how to add a timer in videos and work properly with my phone to look more professional.

I have to relocate my furniture a bit for that, but that was planned anyway ^^'

Excited to read you all next week!

Alandra xx

Abonnieren jetzt
